Well, some tough economics have settled in here in the US – much like the lousy weather pattern that has the northeast wondering “where‘s the sun”? and the rest of our country - even the Pacific Northwest – gasping for a cool breeze.

Well gang, August has brought a positive change in the weather and the economic barometer may have our recession reaching ebb tide with better times on the horizon. Stand by…

And August is also bringing five new Boat Brite products that are “breakthrough” for keeping our boats looking AND running their best.

Instead, the Boat Brite Clear Bottom Coating is the result of cutting edge polymer technology that after it has cured leaves a crystal clear protective shell that not only increases the performance but repels the adhesion of all freshwater fouling to the bottoms of our boats. In fact during one of our final field tests, the boat was docked in extremely vegetation-rich water for three months and a thick brown build-up covered the Boat Brite Clear Bottom Coating. With just a wet sponge I was able to wipe off this ugly brown build-up which left the bottom clean and white.

AND NO SANDING IS REQUIRED – JUST A QUICK WIPE WITH RUBBING ALCHOHOL!!

The Boat Brite Clear Bottom Coating works great on fiberglass and aluminum – yes, finally a protection for aluminum pontoons that allows for a quick cleaning of algae build-up without etching the aluminum with acids.

Boat Brite Teak Preserver: Water-based polymer-infused liquid penetrates into the grain and creates a sub-surface barrier that prohibits staining. Dirt, exhaust soot even red wine, assorted vinaigrettes and dressings easily wipe off without staining. Leaves teak a beautiful shade – much like when it is wet.

PERMANON: Every once in a while you hear about something that has you saying, “no way!!, must be snake oil!!” Too good to be true!!

Well when I heard of this product, Permanon, I felt this way…

UNLIKE NO OTHER COATING….LITERALLY LIQUID GLASS….UNRIVALLED GLOSS AND PROTECTION… EASY & FAST SPRAY AND WIPE APPLICATION!!

Then I tried it…WOW, just like I heard. Then I carefully reviewed the longevity and I’m still carefully reviewing the longevity but after 4 months on my boat facing the sun most of the day…well I’m impressed…really impressed!! The gloss is high and cleaning is a breeze as dirt and stuff doesn’t stick and get imbedded into the gelcoat. It even works great on my clear vinyl and glass!

Only one drawback, the gelcoat needed to be restored to its peak appearance. So I hired a professional detailer and he restored the gelcoat to near perfection and then I applied the Permanon. Amazing!! Go hire the best detailer you can find, restore your gelcoat to the best it can be and lock in your freshly restored gelcoat with Permanon…AMAZING!!!
