Hello fellow boaters...

I would like to introduce myself to you all. I hail from Cape May NJ and eight or nine months prior to my birth, my folks were offshore... fishing? So as you might gather, the sea was my initiation to this world, and ever since, I have had an immeasurable passion for boats and boating AND BOATERS - you folks. I started this business because my necktie didn't fit any longer and my shiny shoes hurt my feet.

I expect to be immersed with the Captain John's Boat Brite products and everything there is about this business until it's time to sail off...

When I am meet with all of you at West Marine stores or other chandleries it is evident by the looks in your eyes that I must have a covered wagon out back with a guy inside stirring up a potion of "snake oil". I have had the same reaction when encountering the smooth talkers at trade shows with the "ABSOLUTELY WILL CLEAN EVERYTHING" line of. ...

Well guys I am not professing to have the "miracle cleaner" but I (like you I suspect) have spent far too many hard-earned dollars on pretty colored liquids that don't work. Instead, the Captain John's Boat Brite products, that are field-tested by boaters just like you, are a solution to a boat cleaning problem that has had either no solution or only really harsh chemicals to get rid of it. Through contemporary chemistry by the finest group of chemists I have found, I bring to you (and me) products that really work.

This is a great scenario - a fellow boater in Texas who had his "pride and joy" on Lake Texoma for a 2 week vacation last summer, picked-up the infamouse orange "ring around the hull". This guy tried everything shy of nuclear waste to get the stain out - with no success. He found my website and called and asked if the Algae & Waterline Stain Remover would remove the stain. I knew it would and perhaps I answered too quickly because I could detect the hair starting to rise on his back - hmmm, another slick talkin' yankee. I did my best to calm the situation and said I wouldn't run his credit card transaction until he called and said yay or nay. A few days later I got a call about 7pm EDT and I had to turn down the volume of the phone because I could hardly make out what he was saying. As he told me, he got home, found the delivered package and quick ran out to his boat to try the Algae & Waterline Stain Remover. He sprayed it on and then realized he had forgotten a towel to wipe it off. When he returned with the towel he found the year old stain had already dripped off his boat. Honestly, I think I could have heard him way out here on Lake Ontario without a phone. I have many more similar stories but to sum it up...
